Remote role with a schedule M-F; compensation ranges between $76,100 and $114,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information technology, technical management, or related field.
• Familiarity with CMMS/ITAM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for record management and change requests.
• Experience coordinating multiple remediation tracks, risk registers, KPI reporting, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vulnerability remediation tasks across BT portfolio.
• Own EOL designation and lifecycle records; coordinate replacements.
• Maintain asset records in CMMS/ITAM; verify asset attributes and changes.
• Submit patch requests and track deployments; coordinate change cycles across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with managed services vendors and integrators; surface delays to leadership.
• Produce leadership dashboards and KPI reports for patching, EOL, and risk metrics.
• Attend governance meetings; document action items and maintain calendars.
