Job summary

JLL seeks a BMS/OT Technology Support Specialist (P4) to provide hands-on technical support for building technology across client accounts. This role covers the full stack from JACE/JENEsys to server infrastructure, working with the OT team and coordinating with the Building Technology Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge across BMS/OT areas, with strengths in several domains, and will support vulnerability management, certificate handling, onboarding, and incident triage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
• 5+ years hands-on BMS experience with Niagara Framework (JACE/JENEsys).
• Experience with OT network infrastructure and security tools (Qualys/Tenable/Phosphorus.io).
• PKI certificate lifecycle management for building control systems and servers.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities in BMS/OT assets and validate remediation paths.
• Test and baseline software updates before production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and monitor BMS/OT applications and servers.
• Serve as SME for BMS/OT applications and coordinate vendor relationships.
