Job summary

JLL seeks a remote BMS/OT Technology Support Specialist to manage building technology operations for multiple client accounts. You will own vulnerability management, certificate handling, and product onboarding while coordinating with OT engineers and vendors.

Ideal candidates have strong OT security knowledge, experience with Niagara Framework, and a background in enterprise building systems. This remote role covers U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
• 5+ years BMS/OT experience with Niagara Framework (JACE/JENEsys).
• Experience with OT security practices and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities in BMS/OT assets and plan remediation.
• Test software updates and baseline configurations before production.
• Patch and deploy updates across BMS devices and HVAC controllers.
• Troubleshoot and monitor BMS/OT systems and respond to incidents.
