Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced BMS/OT Technology Support Specialist (P4) to support building technology ops for client accounts. This remote role covers the US with emphasis on Detroit, MI, and nearby markets.

You will act as the primary technical executor under the OT team and liaise with the Building Technology Coordinator to keep systems secure and running. The day-to-day includes vulnerability and patch management, certificate lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding of OT devices, and overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
• 5+ years hands-on BMS experience with Niagara Framework (Tridium JACE/JENEsys).
• OT network infrastructure knowledge including VLANs, DHCP/DNS, switch management, firewall rules, secure remote access.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities in BMS/OT assets and plan remediation with vendor resources.
• Test new software versions in development; validate baselines before production.
• Patching across BMS devices, HVAC controllers, and building tech apps; deploy updates.
