Job summary

JLL is seeking a remote BMS/OT Technology Support Specialist to support building technology for U.S. accounts. Responsibilities include patch management, certificate lifecycle, and application onboarding. You will collaborate with the OT team and vendor partners to ensure secure, reliable operations.

The role requires hands-on BMS experience, Niagara familiarity, and strong IT governance awareness. Supported locations include US-wide remote work with a preferred ET region candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on BMS experience with Niagara framework.
• Experience with OT network infrastructure and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on BMS/OT technical support for client accounts.
• Lead vulnerability identification, patching, and baseline validation.
• Manage PKI certificates and device onboarding end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot BMS, monitor servers, and coordinate incident response.
• Act as SME for BMS/OT applications and governance.
