Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with insurance-related repairs or claims estimating.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to access rooftops and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough onsite property inspections within 7 days of assignment.
• Prepare detailed photo reports and cost estimates within 7 days post-inspection.
• Participate in joint inspections and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Act as an expert witness when required.
