Qualifications

• Experience in general contracting, construction, home remodeling, mitigation, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with insurance-related repairs or claims estimating.
• Proficiency with industry software used for estimates and reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to assignments promptly and schedule inspections.
• Conduct onsite property inspections often with engineers.
• Prepare detailed photo reports and cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with Keystone's Building Consultant during review and approval.
• Occasionally travel to perform CAT event evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, engineers, and adjusters.
• Act as an expert witness when required and provide credible testimony.
