Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking a remote technical support professional for Key Accounts. You will provide on‑demand and scheduled remote BAS and HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance, and deliver detailed reports on system operation.

Collaborating with onsite technicians and internal teams, you will participate in account reviews, help identify parts for repairs, and ensure thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Trane HVAC systems and advanced BAS controls.
• Proficient in remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Ensemble, SQL Database, networking protocols, and security.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support for Key Accounts.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, program, maintain, and startup BAS equipment remotely.
• Inspect BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems and deliver detailed operation reports.
• Communicate with onsite technicians, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email.
• Participate in technical and strategic account reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify parts needed for repairs and coordinate procurement.
