Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Senior Remote Support Specialist to support connected HVAC equipment for commercial/industrial clients in the Pacific Southwest region. You will analyze, diagnose remotely, and optimize systems using Trane Connect and Command Center, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years of HVAC controls experience, strong IT knowledge, and the ability to travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years’ experience in HVAC control systems and mechanical equipment service
• IT/Network understanding – IP/subnet/gateway and DNS importance
• Ability to troubleshoot and inspect HVAC systems remotely
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with IT professionals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical building metrics and remote diagnostics for connected HVAC equipment
• Perform system investigations, Inspections and optimizations via Trane Connect and Command Center
• Collaborate with sales, technicians and customers to deliver remote service
• Maintain operational integrity and provide timely reports and documentation
