Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a remote technical support specialist for Key Accounts. You will deliver on-demand and scheduled assistance, diagnose BAS remotely, and support HVAC and chiller systems.

The role requires clear communication with on-site teams and customers, and active participation in account reviews. Ideal candidates have BAS programming experience, familiarity with Trane control systems, and strong documentation and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with remote technical support for key accounts.
• Ability to diagnose and program BAS remotely.
• Experience with HVAC systems and Trane controls is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort with remote team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support for Key Accounts.
• Perform remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and startup support.
• Inspect and report on BAS, HVAC, chiller systems and document findings.
• Communicate with onsite technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in account reviews and assist with procurement coordination.
