Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Product Support Engineer- Building Services in an on-site role. You will provide technical and marketing/sales support to the service field, travel to client sites and events, and craft the selling story for product lines to boost energy efficiency and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop compelling content, and support projects from development to sales tools, while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant industry work experience.
• 2+ years of engineering related work experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel independently up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and marketing/sales support to service sales field via phone/email, direct customer interaction, and other activities.
• Travel to sales offices, corporate events, and customer sites to support Trane Service.
• Establish product lines' selling story and ensure field teams are familiar with it.
• Understand competitors' products and communicate insights to field and internal teams.
• Participate in cross-functional team thinking and problem solving.
• Price projects and assist in bid strategies.
• Support peers and customers with marketing/technical/systems/applications.
• Participate/lead in projects related to new product development and sales tools.
