Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Services Remote Support Specialist to inspect, troubleshoot, and program customer Building Automation Systems (BAS) via our cloud-based remote connection. You’ll collaborate with the Digital Services team and Field Technicians to optimize ECMs and energy conservation opportunities across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years HVAC/Controls experience.
• Technical training or school preferred for hands-on control systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Remote inspection, troubleshooting and programming of Customer BAS.
• Communicate system status and prepare customer reports.
• Provide emergency call support and triage controls issues.
• Support field technicians with controls questions on-site.
• Identify and implement ECMs and optimization for BAS.
