Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Services Remote Support Specialist to inspect, troubleshoot, and program customer Building Automation Systems using cloud-based remote connections. You will communicate findings to customers and collaborate with the Digital Services team to optimize ECMs at customer sites, often working with Field Technicians on-site as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years HVAC/Controls experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; ability to work with handheld devices on-site.
• Experience with DDC controls systems and basic IT/Networking knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Remote inspection, troubleshooting and programming of customer BAS.
• Communicate system status and generate reports for customers.
• Provide remote/field support for control-related issues.
• Coordinate with Field Technicians and other internal teams on technical questions.
• Identify and implement ECMs and optimization opportunities for customer BAS.
