Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to assist Digital Services and connected customers. You will use Trane Connect and Command Center to map and tune equipment analytics, view remote diagnostics, and capture follow-up items in the Trane Connect platform.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to respond to on-demand calls, monitor building metrics, and perform small-scale adjustments to building system programs.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in building mechanics, refrigeration, or industrial automation.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar position or equivalent work/education mix.
• Strong communication skills; mathematical aptitude and reasoning ability required.

Responsibilities

• Remote Support Specialist uses Trane Connect and Command Center to map, tune and monitor equipment analytics and remote diagnostics.
• Respond to on-demand calls, monitor critical building metrics, and adjust building system programs as needed.
