Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics of building automation systems.
• Experience with open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to work in varied environments (ladders, ducts, roofs, crawl spaces).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and digital service center.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, service calls, and on-call support.
• Lead and mentor other Service Technicians on site.
• Develop relationships with customers and identify service needs and upgrades.
• Document services and generate reports within Siemens tools.
• Coordinate with contractors on job sites and manage tools and equipment.
