Qualifications

Must have electro-mechanical systems experience and PC/software skills.
Experience installing and servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
Ability to read and interpret design and construction documents.
Knowledge of building sub-systems protocols (LON, BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
Willing to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Commission new distributed digital control systems on sites within planned timelines.
Act as Lead Technician and coordinate with Team Leader.
Attend job site meetings and verify installation progress.
Perform data back-up, troubleshoot, and ensure network performance.
Conduct testing, customer training, and prepare as-built documents.
Coordinate trade contractors for startup services.
Work overtime and possible overnight travel as needed.
