Siemens Mobility in Miramar, FL is hiring a Supervisor for Building Automation Solutions. You will lead installation specialists and commissioning technicians to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction across the greater Miami area.

The role requires expertise in Desigo CC/Insight/Niagara, HVAC automation, and strong leadership to manage project plans, costs, and profitability. Travel up to 10% and a valid US driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
Knowledgeable in Desigo CC or Insight or Niagara.
HVAC System Automation/Building Automation controls, including design, startup, programming, integration and commissioning.
Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor the System Specialist team and oversee project planning through completion.
Schedule and assign installation and commissioning tasks, ensuring adherence to plans, specs, and cost estimates.
Maintain and improve margins for technical support programs.
Direct and supervise development and use of project plans to monitor execution and review customer feedback for retention and growth.
Coordinate sales, engineering, and executions teams to minimize cost and delay; act as a local leader and customer representative.
Support project profitability through cost-containment procedures; travel between branch locations as needed.
