Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple building automation projects in the greater Miami area, including hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities. You will oversee scope, schedules, costs, and safety to ensure safe, timely completion and client satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in HVAC/building automation project management, strong knowledge of HVAC applications, ability to read MEPT drawings and electrical/ networking diagrams,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in HVAC/building automation.
• Knowledge of HVAC applications and ability to read MEPT drawings and specs.
• Familiar with electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Understanding of Ethernet, Modbus and BACnet communication protocols.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple building automation projects of varying complexity.
• Oversee procurement, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Assist Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors and scheduling work.
• Conduct orientations with project technicians and provide scope, drawings, and diagrams.
• Monitor resources and progress; pursue change orders when needed.
• Coordinate project billing with accounting and ensure timely close-out documentation.
