Job summary

Henpen Corporation is seeking a Building Automation Solutions Architect for a remote US role with 20-50% travel. You will design complete smart building ecosystems, integrating BAS, BMS, HVAC, security, cloud platforms, and IoT devices for Fortune 500 and large commercial clients.

You will partner with Sales and Engineering across the lifecycle to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions while traveling regionally.

Qualifications

5+ years of Building Automation, Smart Building, Building Controls, or Systems Integration experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC controls, lighting controls, security systems, and energy management.
Experience integrating multiple building technologies into unified platforms.
Working knowledge of cloud-based Building Management Systems.
Experience with enterprise integration protocols.
Strong customer-facing consulting or solution architecture experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

Design complete smart building ecosystems and architectures.
Work directly with customers to understand objectives and develop integrated solutions.
Connect BAS, BMS, HVAC, Security, Cloud-based BAS, IoT devices, and legacy systems.
