Responsibilities

• Analyze building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes; create consultative documentation for customers.
• Lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
• Utilize energy conservation measures to optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
• Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations safely and efficiently.
• Gather preliminary information and perform facility walkthroughs, plan reviews, or other requirements.
• Collaborate with account managers and field technicians to support growth in Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
• Plan and schedule work with the Project Administrator service team.
• Travel to customer sites is required and may involve outdoor work and variable conditions.
