- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities
- Support Trane Digital Services and Connected customers using Trane Connect and Command Center.
- Respond to on-demand calls and monitor critical building metrics.
- Perform remote diagnostics and Digital Inspections; capture follow-up items in Trane Connect.
