Ladders is seeking a Manager, Builder Direct - Remote to lead builder-focused sales execution and guide a team responsible for driving territory results. This remote US-based role requires strong coaching and operational follow-through to strengthen customer relationships and improve performance.

You will partner with account leadership, support business planning, and represent the organization with customers and industry contacts in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in field sales or account management.
• Preferred experience in people management and performance coaching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Builder Account Managers through performance management and coaching.
• Ensure execution of builder channel policies and sales initiatives.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and business needs.
• Monitor business performance and hold the team accountable for results.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage and approve change orders per established policies.
• Support business planning and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings and industry events.
