Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, or Construction Technology.
• 2+ years of experience managing multi-segment teams or senior contributors.
• Preferred background in construction workflows or customer success within construction technology.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams for measurable business outcomes in dynamic environments.
• Experience managing remote teams and diverse customer segments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for team development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Customer Success Management team focused on achieving customer outcomes.
• Establish and report on team objectives, KPIs, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Manage complex customer escalations and strategic account projects.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to talent development.
• Enhance Customer Success programs and documentation through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Advocate for customer success and represent the voice of the customer in company strategy.
