WCG is a leading provider of clinical research solutions and remote-ready roles. We are seeking a Budget Analyst to support the start-up process for site budgets in clinical trials, building budgets and analyzing protocols while applying CPT/HCPCS guidance to ensure accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Must have a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Understand clinical terms with strong investigative skills.
• Excellent communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of clinical trial budget builds and negotiations.
• Read and analyze clinical trial protocols to identify required tests and assessments.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes using internal resources.
• Build comprehensive budgets based on client pricing methodologies.
• Negotiate budgets with trial sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Review others' work as part of QA processes.
• Attend and be punctual; perform other duties as assigned.
