Job summary

WCG is seeking a Budget Analyst to support clinical trial start-up by developing budgets and coordinating with trial sponsors and CROs. The role requires attention to detail and strong Excel skills, with familiarity in CPT/HCPCS coding and hospital billing concepts.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial start-up processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and negotiation of clinical trial budgets.
• Read and analyze trial protocols; build activity grids for tests and assessments.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes using internal resources.
• Build comprehensive budgets based on client pricing and internal standards.
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors and CROs via email and phone.
• Review work for quality; ensure timely, accurate budget start-up tasks.
• Attend and be punctual; perform other duties as assigned.
