OMB Bank in Springfield, MO is seeking a BSA/Compliance Assistant to help ensure regulatory compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, AML, and OFAC rules. The role supports the development of processes and controls that strengthen the bank's BSA program.

You will assist with audits and exams, manage confidential information, and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Some remote or hybrid work is available, with on-site days as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years college or technical training preferred.
• Two+ years' experience in banking/regulatory compliance preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of federal, state regulations related to bank processing and monitoring.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist BSA team to ensure compliance with BSA, AML and OFAC rules.
• Help develop and maintain BSA systems and procedures.
• Support preparation for and response to bank audits and exams.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization across multiple tasks.
