Job summary

River Bank is seeking a Compliance and BSA Assistant to provide administrative support to the Compliance and BSA departments in Wisconsin. The role focuses on BSA/AML/OFAC tasks, regulatory reporting, audits, and documentation, requiring a high level of confidentiality and teamwork across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. The position offers standard banking benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Compliance and BSA Officers with administration of programs.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements to perform tasks.
• Support BSA/AML/OFAC activities, documentation, and reporting.
• Conduct information gathering for investigations, audits, and reviews.
• Maintain accurate BSA and compliance records and logs.
• Assist with customer due diligence reviews and regulatory reporting.
• Communicate with staff to obtain information and provide process support.
• Attend deposit and loan compliance and BSA committee meetings.
