Job summary

Community National Bank is seeking a BSA/AML Compliance Analyst to monitor and enforce Bank Secrecy Act and AML controls. You will stay current on applicable banking laws, assist with CTR filings, OFAC reviews, and risk assessments, and work with the BSA Officer to prepare audits and exams.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable handling sensitive customer

Qualifications

• Familiar with BSA/AML/OFAC requirements.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing and filing Currency Transaction Reports on time.
• Monitor Phase I/II CTR exemptions and maintain OFAC compliance.
• Review and disposition BSA/AML alerts via AML software.
• Monitor high-risk customers and cash-intensive businesses.
• Assist BSA Officer with audits, exams and risk assessments.
• Support administration of BSA/AML software and related controls.
