Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a BSA Team Lead to guide Alerts and SAR teams, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC policies. This remote-eligible role requires strong leadership, training, and process improvement across the BSA program.

You will oversee due diligence, escalation of issues, and collaboration with audit and HR. A CAMS is preferred; bachelor's degree and 5+ years banking experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in Banking with focus on Operations or Compliance.
• 3+ years in the BSA/AML & OFAC Department or similar unit.
• Experience using a BSA AML application software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guidance and expertise to Alerts and SAR teams to ensure BSA/AML compliance.
• Train new Alerts and SAR team members and guide on policy changes.
• Monitor and adjust work assignments to meet deadlines.
• May perform QA reviews of alerts, cases, and SARs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support leadership in performance management and staff development.
