Job summary

Coinbase is hiring for an Associate, Broker Dealer Operations to join the Coinbase Capital Markets team. You will help run the daily operation behind the U.S. equities brokerage, handling accounts, trades, transfers, and corporate actions with accuracy and scalability.

You will reconcile trade data, support onboarding, and manage ACAT transfers while coordinating with Engineering, Product, Trading, CX, Compliance, Finance, and Apex. A data-driven, regulated environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or related function.
• Knowledge of US equities trade lifecycle: order processing, settlement, transfers.
• Experience investigating data breaks across systems and documenting resolutions.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment and handle exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily reconciliations of trades, positions, balances, and cash with documentation.
• Support onboarding and maintenance workflows including documentation review and escalation.
• Process inbound/outbound securities transfers end-to-end with checks and tracking.
• Monitor alerts, prioritize issues, and coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Support corporate action operations, review notices, deadlines, and discrepancies.
• Identify recurring failures and propose improvements to reduce manual work.
