Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Senior Associate, Broker Dealer Operations to join Coinbase Capital Markets. You will own broker-dealer workflows, perform daily reconciliations with Apex, and drive remediation with cross-functional partners.

You will build durable controls, SOPs, and runbooks while partnering with Product and Engineering to define operational requirements and improve tooling. Requires 5+ years in financial services ops and U.S. equities experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services operations or related operational control function.
• Direct experience in U.S. equities trade lifecycle (order processing, settlement, positions, cash movements, corporate actions).
• Experience with SOPs, runbooks, controls documentation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring broker-dealer ops workflows (reconciliations, corporate actions, securities transfers, account maintenance, error processing, regulatory reporting).
• Perform daily reconciliations between Coinbase and Apex; investigate breaks and drive resolution to closure.
• Manage complex exceptions and incidents by coordinating across facilities; document root causes and remediation.
