CNO Financial Group is seeking a Sr. Service Center Specialist, Broker/Dealer to provide consistent customer service to Financial Advisors and Representatives. You will handle inquiries about submissions, forms, and account maintenance while interfacing with BLS teams and Compliance on issues.

Strong communication, collaboration, and multi-tasking skills are essential. 3+ years in customer service and FINRA Series 7/63 are required; optional bonus potential and remote work from any US location

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required and 3+ years in customer service.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consistent customer service and support to a network of Financial Advisors and Financial Representatives.
• Resolve issues related to submissions, forms, account maintenance, and general inquiries.
• Interface with all levels of the BLS team and public customers on questions pertaining to securities/advisory accounts.
• Offer feedback to training departments and coordinate with Compliance on potential issues.
