Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Service Center Specialist, Broker/Dealer to deliver high-quality customer service to a network of Financial Advisors and Financial Representatives regarding account maintenance, forms, and inquiries.

The role interfaces with multiple internal teams and the Compliance Department, with emphasis on timely communication, issue resolution, and adherence to policies. Remote work within US time zones is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• 3 years of customer service and/or call center experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to follow through.
• Effective and professional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining departmental goals for quality & productivity.
• Interface with management, customers, Financial Advisors, and other internal departments on all customer service-related issues.
• Follows up diligently and ensures issues are fully resolved.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
