Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced brand strategists to help train AI models on professional documents, decks, and spreadsheets. You will lead brand strategy and creative direction, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and refine workflows for consumer or B2B brands. This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Compensation is $80/hour with opportunities to grow the scope based on performance and need.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer or B2B brands.
• Portfolio of shipped campaigns, brand guidelines, or pitch decks showing design judgment.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead brand strategy and creative direction for related client work.
