Job summary

Ethos is seeking brand directors to guide the training of an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core workflows, including brand positioning decks and sponsorship pitch decks.

We offer remote, flexible engagement of 5–20 hours per week with a competitive $80/hour compensation and ASAP start. Experience in consumer or B2B branding is essential for success in this collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer brands, agencies, or in-house teams.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks demonstrating design judgment.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for core workflows.
• Evaluate brand positioning decks, campaign briefs, visual identity guidelines, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain high design judgment and narrative craft across materials.
