Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop brand positioning decks, campaign briefs, and visual identity guidelines documentation.
• Produce marketing collateral one-pagers, sponsorship pitch decks, and content calendars and campaign trackers.
