Ethos is seeking experienced brand strategists to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer or B2B brands.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks reflecting professional-grade design judgment.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slides.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated brand documents and collateral.
• Deliver brand strategy insights and narrative craft across core workflows such as decks, briefs, and guidelines.
