Job summary

ADVOC8 is seeking a Sr. Account Coordinator to support brand merchandise projects from estimate to fulfillment. You will work closely with Senior Production Managers to manage vendor communications, documentation, and project execution in a fully remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in project coordination or related fields, with knowledge of printing methods, vendor sourcing, and order management systems (Shopify). Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Knowledge of printing/decorations and production workflows.
• Experience with order management systems and e-commerce (Shopify).
• Strong pricing, margins and sales math skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead small projects through estimate to fulfillment with orders and invoicing.
• Track deliverables, maintain project docs and capture action items from meetings.
• Support sourcing, vendor research and pricing development with quotes and vendor records.
• Coordinate production updates with vendors and maintain vendor database.
• Review proofs and samples to support quality control.
• Lead client communications for small projects under supervision.
• Coordinate with warehouse on inventory and fulfillment.
