The role is fully remote with frequent travel to the Charlotte, NC warehouse. The ideal candidate thrives in chaotic environments, maintains calm, and delivers flawless events on tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have client management experience with late changes or unorganized inputs.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain timelines.
• Hands-on warehouse experience and on-site asset handling are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for production logistics, timelines and specs.
• Oversee kit preparation, packing, and quality control in the warehouse.
• Direct daily kit assembly following pull lists and pack lists.
