Job summary

Job Duck LLC is seeking a Brand & Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency and strategic impact across content, SEO, website performance, and brand initiatives. You will balance planning, analytics, and people leadership while collaborating with Sales, Client Experience, and Operations to support growth across US-based opportunities.

The role emphasizes proactive process optimization, KPI tracking, and mentoring marketing staff in a remote, US-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, marketing operations, content marketing, or related field.
• Experience leading or coaching team members preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketing operations, project management, and workflow optimization.
• Experience managing marketing calendars, deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRM and marketing automation, analytics, CMS, and PM software.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, website optimization, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Experience developing newsletters and automated nurture sequences.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing leadership with planning, reporting, resource allocation, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Client Experience, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and other departments on cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all testing initiatives include hypotheses, success metrics, results, and next-step recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, process improvements, and trends.
• Manage marketing specialists with coaching, performance discussions, and workload balance.
• Improve marketing processes, workflows, systems, and documentation for efficiency.
• Monitor workload, bottlenecks, and deadlines; address constraints.
• Align marketing activities with growth campaigns and stakeholder needs.
• Develop and oversee A/B testing across emails, landing pages, and funnels.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor metrics across email, website, content, and channels.
• Maintain marketing calendar, backlog, and project status.
