Job summary

Volt is seeking a Consumer Insights & Reputation Analytics Manager for a well-known music products manufacturer. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity based in the United States.

You will lead social listening efforts, monitor sentiment, and translate feedback into actionable insights to protect and grow the brand. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Product, and Sales to align messaging, create FAQs, and develop content.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in community management, brand reputation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of online communities (Reddit, forums, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Discord).
• Experience with social listening, sentiment analysis, or reputation monitoring tools.
• Experience with tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Sprout Social, Talkwalker.

Responsibilities

• Monitor brand conversations and customer sentiment across online platforms.
• Develop and implement social listening and brand reputation strategies.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and emerging trends.
• Engage with customers and musicians to provide support and accurate information.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Customer Service, Product, Quality Control, and Sales.
• Analyze feedback to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build relationships with moderators, community leaders, and influencers.
• Develop FAQs, educational content, and other customer resources.
