• Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and more
• Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective response to public reviews
• Identify patterns in feedback and initiate product or communication improvements
• Coordinate external vendors or partners to support ongoing reputation efforts
• Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and risks
• Suggest initiatives to organically improve user sentiment and brand perception
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
