Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to develop and manage our brand across internal and external channels. You will steward Nava's identity system, assets, and guidelines, ensuring consistency with our mission and audience needs.

You will collaborate with the comms team on digital, print, and social projects, contribute to annual reports, events, and contract bids, and help shape brand strategy while supporting a remote-forward, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience, with branding, design firm, or ad agency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums.
• Manage brand assets such as logo, typography, style guides, and photography.
• Oversee external brand materials including templates, signatures, and recruiting materials.
• Lead brand strategy, audience segmentation, and guidelines.
• Support project work with visual and communications design as needed.
• Maintain Nava‑internal brand processes and governance.
• Design annual reports for digital and print (Public Benefit Report, DEI Report).
• Create branded assets for events, decks, and contract bids.
• Develop templates and asset systems for the bid team.
• Collaborate with People Operations on internal trainings and with BizOps on swag and processes.
