DATAMARK, Inc. seeks a results-driven Sales Director to lead strategic BPO sales initiatives from a remote US-based role with travel to El Paso headquarters as needed. You will drive new business development, manage key accounts and partner with leadership to shape growth in the U.S.

market. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of B2B BPO sales experience, a proven deal-closing record, and strong CRM and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in the BPO industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proven track record closing deals with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer relationship activities and spearhead new business development.
• Identify and seize growth opportunities in the BPO space.
• Manage key accounts and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations aligned with company objectives.
