Somewhere is seeking a Bookkeeping Associate to support multiple startup clients across the United States, Canada, and LATAM in a fully remote role. You will perform full-cycle accrual bookkeeping, review transactions, and maintain accurate general ledgers in a fast-paced, automation-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accrual bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.
• Review, analyze, and record transactions across e-commerce, billing, and payment systems.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and proper transaction classification.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and adjust entries as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance across client records.
