Lift Business Resources is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our remote team. This role focuses on nonprofit and corporate bookkeeping with advanced QuickBooks Online skills, handling multiple client accounts independently.

You will maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, prepare monthly statements, and support budgeting and month-end close. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in a distributed, client-focused environment.

Competenze

Professional bookkeeping experience in nonprofit and corporate environments is required.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, including fund accounting and grant tracking.
Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for nonprofit and corporate clients.
Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Support budgeting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
Communicate directly with clients and coordinate with accounting professionals as needed.
