Lift Business Resources is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team. This role will handle nonprofit and corporate bookkeeping with advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency, delivering accurate financial records and timely reports.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple client accounts independently, reconcile accounts, support month-end close, and communicate clearly with clients and accounting professionals to ensure compliance and clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience managing nonprofit and corporate bookkeeping.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong Excel skills for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for nonprofit and corporate clients.
• Maintain ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting and month-end close.
• Communicate with clients and accounting professionals as needed.
