Lift Business Resources is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our remote team. The role focuses on nonprofit and corporate bookkeeping with advanced QuickBooks Online skills.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple client accounts independently while delivering accurate, timely support. Part-time schedule and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Competenze

• Bookkeeping experience in nonprofit and corporate settings.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong nonprofit accounting knowledge, including fund tracking.
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and GL management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for nonprofit and corporate clients.
• Maintain ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable; keep accurate records.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with accounting professionals as needed.
