Job summary

Lift Business Resources is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our remote team. The role emphasizes nonprofit and corporate bookkeeping with advanced QuickBooks Online skills, accurate records, and timely financial reporting.

You will manage multiple client accounts independently, reconcile ledgers, prepare statements, and support month-end close while communicating clearly with clients and accounting professionals.

Qualifications

• Professional bookkeeping experience in nonprofit and corporate environments.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting, fund tracking, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for nonprofit and corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with accounting professionals.
