Lift Business Resources is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our remote team. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping for nonprofit and corporate clients, ensuring accurate ledgers, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting. The role requires QuickBooks Online proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts independently.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and compensation of $28–$35 per hour based on experience. PTO is provided.

Qualifications

Professional bookkeeping experience in both nonprofit and corporate environments is required.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, including fund accounting and grant tracking.
Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for nonprofit and corporate clients.
Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Support budgeting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
Communicate directly with clients and coordinate with accounting professionals as needed.
